This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which aimeestricker.com collects, uses, maintains and discloses information collected through this website (“Site”). We respect your privacy and do not gather any personal data from you that you do not provide voluntarily. The site is hosted in the United States and tech support and hosting service is provided by Web and Marketing Studio in Ontario, Canada.

Purchase Policy
All items sold on this site are intended for adult use only.
All downloadable PDF format product purchases are final sale. There are no returns, exchanges or refunds.
Due to small parts in jewelry items, please keep these items away from babies, children and pets.
For jewelry purchases, the content on the “Gemstones” page and jewelry pages in the shop are for inspiration and entertainment purposes only. It is not meant to be medical treatments, and does not take place of receiving and following guidance from a health care professional.
As each piece of jewelry is handmade, each jewelry item will vary slightly and may look slightly different from the one on the screen. As the gemstone beads are natural materials there will be slight variations in color or pattern or shape of each one on the jewelry. As the lampwork beads and millefiori beads are handmade, each one will be different. color on every computer screen may differ slightly, so please remember this when your item arrives, in case you notice a slight variation in color differences.
The jewelry must be handled with care as the gemstones and beads are delicate and breakable. It is recommended to not shower, exercise or swim with the jewelry on. The chlorine or sea water may not be best if you want the jewelry new looking for a long time.
It is best to store the jewelry in a ziplock bag to keep it protected from the air. The sterling silver beads and other beads and components may tarnish over time, especially if not stored properly when not worn for a while. This is completely normal and some people like the look of the beads this way. The sterling silver components can be polished to bring back the brightness.
Houseware Products
Products in the Houseware Section of the Shop are produced and shipped outside of this website. You will be sent the tracking information as soon as your order is fulfilled. Aimee Stricker is not responsible for the quality, safety, handling, or shipping of these products. All houseware products are final sale. There are no returns, exchanges, or refunds. You are responsible for any additional taxes, customs fees, or duties that may be charged upon package delivery. If there is a problem with a product you ordered, photos of the damaged product can be sent to info@aimeestricker.com within one week of receiving your package in order to receive a replacement. It takes approximately 2 to 5 business days to fulfill an order. On average, shipping time is approximately 4 business days depending on the order’s destination. Due to the current world situation, some orders may take longer to ship. Please make sure that the address you would like your items to be delivered is correct on your order. No refunds or credits will be given for items lost due to incorrect mailing addresses.
Shipping Policy
We ship worldwide, with no extra cost when shipping more than one item. Items will be shipped within 3 business days from when you placed your order. You would be notified if there is a delay in shipping. You will receive an email notice once your order is shipped. Shipping cost includes tracking throughout North America and you will receive the tracking number once the package has shipped. To ship to all other countries outside of North America, standard shipping through Canada Post is used (because tracked shipping is very expensive). We are not responsible for items that do not arrive when tracked shipping is not used.
You are responsible for any additional taxes, customs fees, or duties that may be charged upon package delivery.
Please make sure that the address you would like your items to be delivered to is correct on your order. No refunds or credits will be given for items lost due to incorrect mailing address.
Return Policy
All downloadable PDF formal product purchases are final sale. There are no returns, exchanges or refunds.
Books that have not been signed for a specific person, and all jewelry items from the shop excluding customized pieces, can be returned within 7 days of receiving your package.
Books that have been signed with a personal message and customized jewelry pieces are not refundable and final sale.
Items must be returned in the same condition as they were sent to you. Tags must be attached to the jewelry. Please pack items carefully in the original bubble wrapping and mail in a bubble mailer.
Shipping cost for returns are not refundable and you would be responsible for cost of shipping items back. We create well made jewelry that will last a long time as long as you take care of it. We cannot be held responsible for the quality or wear of clasps, beading elastic or beading wire, or the beads or stones over time. This is out of our control as those components have not been manufactured by us. Some of the beads may be sharp inside that can cause a wire or elastic to break. We have heard of this happen about three times over the many years in business. It is impossible to know if there is sharpness inside a bead when creating each piece. If this happens to your jewelry within three weeks of time of purchase, please let us know and we will be happy to send you components to restring the item.
Online Private Services & Online Parties Policy
Registration closes 24 hours before each virtual event. There are no refunds, exchanges or transfers to another event time or date once booked. There are no refunds or exchanges for private consultations once booked. All content shared during private sessions and events is for entertainment purposes only. It is not meant to be medical treatments, and it does not take the place of receiving and following guidance from a health care professional. Audio and/or video recording of private services and events is prohibited.
